The Office for Gender Equality of the Government of the Republic of Croatia started a two-year project “My Voice against Violence” in collaboration with partner organizations Women’s Room – Center for Sexual Rights and CESI – Center for Education, Counselling and Research from Zagreb. The main goal is raising public awareness about unacceptability of all forms of violence against women and young girls, including domestic violence, as well as sending the message about the need for zero tolerance to all forms of gender-based violence. The project is co-financed by the European Union Programme for Employment and Social Solidarity “Progress”.
